Shipping Policy

Tusq Apparel ships to the United States and 26 additional international destinations. All orders are fulfilled from our US warehouse.

Order Processing

Orders are dispatched the next business day. Fulfillment runs Monday to Friday only. Orders placed on weekends or US public holidays are processed on the next business day.

United States

Shipping cost is calculated at checkout by UPS and USPS based on the service you choose and your delivery address, so you always see the real rate for your order.

Free standard shipping on US orders over $100. The free shipping credit covers standard shipping options up to US$15. If you choose a faster service that costs more than that (such as next-day or expedited air), the standard credit still applies and you pay only the difference.

International

We ship internationally to Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong SAR, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates and the United Kingdom.

International orders ship via DHL Express. Rates and transit times are calculated at checkout. Any applicable import duties and taxes are prepaid at checkout and included in the shipping total, so there are no surprise charges on delivery.

Delivery Times

Delivery times shown at checkout are carrier estimates and begin from the dispatch date, not the order date. Tracking information is emailed as soon as the carrier scans the parcel.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If tracking has not updated for 7 business days, or if a parcel is marked Delivered but not received, please email info@tusqapparel.com with your order number within 30 days of dispatch so we can open a carrier investigation.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. The reshipment fee is the applicable carrier-calculated shipping rate.
