Shipping, Warranty & Information

We dispatch all orders within one business day. We take full payment at the time of order placement. Please note that order processing time does not include the transit time to your location.

Note: All shipping options we offer are trackable.

Shipping is free of charge on all domestic orders . We will process your shipment as soon as the credit card, or PayPal payment is processed. Domestic orders typically arrive within 2-5 business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays) for mainland address. Excludes PO Boxes, and BFPOs.

We offer an easy returns process. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, just follow the steps in our return portal. You’ll find everything you need to send your item back quickly and hassle-free. Please note, we do not accept returns unless they are processed and submitted through our website. We are not responsible for packages shipped outside of our return system. If you have any questions regarding your return, please reach out to our customer service department for assistance.

We do not process exchanges, as placing a new order for the item you’d like instead is the fastest way to receive it. Please initiate a return on our website for a refund, as long as the following conditions are met:

• Items ordered from Tusq within the last 3 months that are in new and re-sellable condition.
• Items should include original packaging and tags.
• We do not accept items that are damaged, stained (including deodorant or lotion stains), washed, creased, stretched, or show visible signs of wear.

We offer a 3-month replacement and refund warranty. Just scan the QR code on the product insert to register and begin your return.

Please send returns in the original mailer bag or another secure soft mailer. Avoid using boxes, as USPS may delay returns due to insufficient postage.
